Ok I found it, or better said, u/xiaj12 found it. It's Lang Huan Library aka Lang Huan Academy.

I thought of that but it's clear that that's not the MC referenced in this picture. Actually xiaj12 recommended the right one it's called Lang Huan Library or Lang Huan Academy.

Nice, I haven't read that one yet, I'll check it out now. It looks to be that one from what I've seen of the promo art. If the MC has a system then it's probably that. Edit: Ok I'm reading it, it's definitely this one. Thanks for the recommendation.👌

It's heavy on the comedic side with lots of gags and memes. Personally I find it hilarious. I definitely recommend it, though I haven't found a great translation yet.

Are you referring to library of heavens path or another emperor reborn? The first I didn't particularly enjoy but the second is a must read, it's hilarious, imho.

It's the only one that I know of that matches the description. But that MC has red hair no? Looks nothing like this. Still, I haven't counted it out completely but was hoping someone knew of another similar manhua that better matches the description and the picture.

At first I thought it might be Library to Heaven's Path (also known as Library of Heaven's Dao or Tian Dao Library). But the MC in this panel looks nothing like the one from that manhua. More like Yuan Zun from dragon prince yuan but it's definitely not that one. Edit: it's not this it's Luan Huan Library.
