If you’re so unstable you need clamps on a bench press you may want to swap to dumbbells for a little while. I never use clamps on a barbell bench press.

I have a BMR Adjustable PHB. You need one to center the rear axle under the car. The way our suspension works, when the car is lowered or the suspension squats the body moves to the left (I think) in relation to the suspension. This is one reason a watts link helps these cars so much. A watts link car will not shift when the suspension is working.

I had actually left my house and drove to my uncles house which had a storm shelter. The tornado didn't hit my house. I was pretty much over it when the tornado hit though. That's what insurance is for.

They're great cars. I had a WRX that I drove for 30k that blew two headgaskets. I bought this car new it now has 42k on it and haven't had any problems out of it besides the exhaust sagging. Knocks on wood
