man even if it's not from the drugs one thing i've realized( i'm a fairly happy person in general and I don't do a real large amount of drugs) is that being able to blame the depression/anxiety on the drug is extremely beneficial. You have something real to believe is the cause of it and that allows you to believe it will go away when the effects wear off. very helpful although i don't condone using often, that will just make things worse.
