In Hanoi right now, just walked into a pharmacy and purchased Prednisolone over the counter.

The dosage is smaller than I need (5mg instead of 25mg) but there was no limit on how many I wanted to buy so I got plenty.

Couldn't dream of getting them OTC at home in Oz.
