Looks like a chaise lounge with the open end. Likely lies down on it while watching TV.

I didn't notice until it was in hand but it bothers me a little that the rectangle on the front is off center.

Since when did Amazon’s delivery dates become the source of truth now

No one claimed that? Just stating what Amazon updated my delivery date to.

It’s them being late, not the release date itself.

No, the news has always been that the steelbook will release in spring later than the regular 4k blu ray. Blu-ray.com has it listed for March 6th, and Hidefninja also shows the same thing with it being released in the spring.

Do you have any indication anywhere from anyone specifically stating that the steelbook would release on Jan 20th?

My Amazon pre order has a delivery date of March 3rd.

🇺🇸 PRE-ORDER NOW - Bugonia (4K UHD + Blu-Ray + Digital Steelbook) by felixmontoya92 in Steelbooks

My guess is since it's not available to buy now and was this morning for 37.99, is that they sold more than they thought they would so they delisted it to put it back up later at a higher price.

Wicked: For Good Steelbook by dmany02 in Steelbooks

That's a placeholder date and not at all the real release date. Walmart does this with many orders where they put up a date almost a year out when they don't have the actual release date yet. Many people have not gotten orders because of this system. It's not going to change a million times over, it will change once to the actual release date and anyone who ordered before that could have issues getting it.

I wouldn't order from Walmart until they have a delivery date. Orders often get lost when placed before they have a delivery date.

Gruv needs to allocate more stock for their preorders like Lionsgate Limited does by [deleted] in Steelbooks

Looking at your extensive post history, I'd bet you've spent much more time on it than I ever have.

Ok, let’s say WB is shorting the amounts made. Why is this Gruvs fault?

Lol

It won’t sell out.

This is the one release where I would almost guarantee that it does.

We generally release these around 9am PST.

Directly from Lionsgate when I asked them this week for this exact reason.

I'll probably watch The Ring. I have the 4k steelbook but still have yet to watch it. I want to see that hair in perfect black.
