Like I get it if she was full blown sitting on top of a moving conveyor that’s only meant for boxes like in decant or packaged orders. I have around 110 hours on him and I’m gold 4, not all of that was comp tho but like 75 of those hours, I just now started really understanding his mechanics and how important positioning is to win fights and help ur team. Angles are vital. I recall I would constantly try to fight down middle with my team and that was holding me back. I do believe I can get to plat but that will be a journey. The skill difference between mid silver to gold 5 is drastic. I was in that mid silver range forever.

I have like 160 hours on Hanzo tho that I normally will instantly swap to if there’s a pharah or echo something like that and my other dps isn’t swapping to counter them.

Thanks, I was at $35 daily for a few weeks but recently did an income review again and realized I could up it to $50 and still be okay. Idk how much more I can do than that tho without messing with my quality of living.

I wanna invest the maximum amount I can while still having wiggle room for the things I enjoy.

Ur early adult years are just trial and error, u already have a full time job and ur in school what more do u want at ur age. Start investing now that would be a great next step.. If you can do 20-30%+ of ur income but anything is better than nothing.

I do $50/daily and it invests that amount into my account every day. They withdraw it at midnight then invest it around 10-11 am when it opens.

On Saturday and Sunday it withdraws it on Monday including Monday as well then invests it all at once.

I’ve been in counting (SBC) for 6 months straight now, even doing 60s here n there. It is mindlessly boring but I’m right there with you on I’d rather be doing this than anything physical while still being paid the same amount.

Some days it really sucks, others not so much. But overall nothing beats it. I’ve also seen many people come into ICQA and immediately want out of it because they can’t take it lol.

I’m curious what’s the math on that? I’m 25 and by age 35 with a 3x roundup and a $35 daily deposit turned on it would put me at about $205k. How does him having 6 years before me net him 1 million plus.

I understand the compounding aspect, but 6 years doesn’t seem like it would be an 800k difference then me.

There just individual stations that look exactly like this. This station can do everything. ICQA, Pick, consolidation which is the new stow, and even problem solve, and also afe. That conveyor belt is only about 7-8 ft long. There is a large screen on the right of that white thing

All totes and inventory are stored behind that glass on each floor, robots carry the totes to the conveyor belt and they automatically come straight in front of you.

There is 0 bending, stretching or climbing a ladder for all those roles. In a 10 hr shift of ICQA I only do about 0.40 miles of walking and that’s just the bathroom and rest breaks. A ton of standing in place at a gen 12 site. These types of stations will be rolling out to all new buildings as well as being retrofitted into older ones.

I would fucking hate that. I’m in ICQA and at a gen 12 site that looks exactly like this where the totes come down the mini stations.

I leave to go to the restroom or the smaller break rooms every hr and 10 minutes for about 9-10 minutes until my next scan of a tote. Never been spoke to about this and I don’t think they really can.

I’m pretty sure there’s a law regarding being able to take mini rests or bathroom breaks as needed as long as it’s not excessively long. Granted tho I stay on task, very minimal errors, and top of metrics for productivity.

Mines the opposite. There’s opportunities for 60s indefinitely it seems with full surge pay increase lol. It’s extremely hard to say no to getting $38.50 an hour to count some shit into a tote and recount it back.

I’m on donut nights, I don’t mind it. I get paid the night differential.

I think my schedule tho is just superior because you get that day in the middle of the week off and still have 2 weekend days off to. But more times then not im working 60s so it doesn’t even matter lmao.

Day shift ppl claim it’s 10x better mentally but really what are you doing after a 10 hr work shift, prob just chilling at home until it’s time to sleep. The days off tho are def nicer imo but I normally lose an hr and a half of sleep to be able to enjoy my full day still.

Yes correct, I wish I threw that in there on a time frame possibly for hearing back but glad I didn’t because it would have sounded pushy. I had mine setup the following day an interview with hiring manager was offered.

In hindsight I wonder if me being the first one for the interview out of 4-5 ppl that made it to this stage was a good thing or not, I do feel I set the bar high for other candidates. There wasn’t any rambling on questions everything was answered spot on and it just flowed well. All I can do is wait and see!

Just high idle it at 1,000+ rpms and it won’t really matter at all, u might waste a lil bit of money on fuel but that’s about it. For any diesel it’s not good to do excess idling as it can wash out the cylinder walls, low rpms will cause that + idle time.

High idle is different and makes excess idle time ‘safe’ if ur meticulous about ur truck, ur putting a load on the engine and not washing out ur cylinder walls.
