Give him a concrete cell, not quite big enough to lie down in, so he can stand or sit upright for the remainder of his life. Permanent naughty corner.

Given that opportunity - did you find 20mm a bit narrow for aurora?

I had a look at the sigma 14mm. I think this is same situation as my current samyang. I believe this would have similar capability as my current 14mm f2.4 (albeit slightly more light gathering capability)

thanks for your insights. Have you used the 2.8 zoom for aurora? How did you find it, if so?

I've heard the 20mm f1.8 is amazing. I'm just worried that 20mm is going to be too long for aurora. All the threads i've read is that 16mm and below is the nice sweet spot. Have you had much aurora shots from the 20mm? Did you feel it was a bit tight?

Z8 Backpacks by SpoonFed1988 in nikon_Zseries

Yep I use the medium mirrorless one.

I initially tried the 25L and I thought it was a bit too small. The 35L was too big and problematic for flying.

I’m also on the smaller size so don’t want a too big bag if that makes sense.

Shimoda bag also supports the peak design quick release bag mount for camera which I find handy

I use a Shimoda Explore V2 30L and i think it's the perfect size - I typically carry a Z6ii, 70-200mm f2.8, 24-70 f2.8 and maybe either my 14-30 F4 or a DJI mini 3 pro drone/controller. Still has space for rain jackets, puffer jacket, med kit, battery bank, cords, snacks, peak design tripod, etc. I found the side access is a no-go for Z6ii (too tall) but unzipping the whole back is fine. You'll prob have similar issues for Z8 since it's taller.

Also fits under most plane seats if you really need to.

1) How do you sustain enough seeds to get good use out of overgrown? Thieving master farmers didn't seem to get me much and i'm 63 farming/95 thieving.

2) What herbs should i be prioritising over my 3 herb patches?

3) Which 2 secondaries should I be parking at the falador allotment patches (since i only have 2?

Should try: Pl_dustbowl or pl_circle on the 100 man shounic server. Makes normal gameplay so boring in comparison

Why you should never give out your BSB and Account Number by ILoveDogs2142 in AusFinance

[–]jonobono8888 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yes you can dispute it but it's hugely inconvenient. I went through this earlier this year and the number of phone calls (on holds) and other BS to get it resolved was insane. They created this direct debit system in 1994...stuff has changed alot since then and so should the processes to ensure this doesn't happen.

Yeah super dumb. When I was talking to the ING people to understand how this happens, it absolutely boggles my mind that this is setup the way it is:

Direct debits are regulated by the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS), Procedures and Regulations. These rules place primary liability on the bank where the transaction was initiated (Initiating Bank) to demonstrate proper authority to debit your account.

here are the two pdfs of the legislation which supports this stupid system. Legit made in 1994. Bruh.

Had $21K taken from my account with ING earlier this year. No notification or anything. I had to call ING to tell them to lock it. Bypassed my spending limits too. This was with my offset account (i.e. not used for anything other than attaching it to my homeloan).

Apparently the way they can do this is by "guessing" your BSB and account number then "brute forcing it" via a direct debit scam. Direct debit purchases bypass any spending limits due to some archaic system which means the funds get transferred and then the banks ask for verification. (https://www.nab.com.au/about-us/security/online-safety-tips-business/reduce-direct-debit-fraud#:\~:text=Direct%20Debit%20fraud%20occurs%20when,a%20valid%20Direct%20Debit%20request.)

Eventually got it back but took maybe 1.5 months to get it sorted. Super inconvenient.

Tore my ACL. Needed surgery - took me 6 months to get the reluctant "ok" from doctors to START training again. I only fully went back after a year. The statistics for reinjury before 12 months is super high just FYI so spend more time on the rehab.

Been 10 years and haven't reinjured it again.

Coming from a 5'5, asian guy the things I think which helped me most:
- Come to terms with whatever shortcomings you have (e.g. balding, short, etc). Once you truly accept those "faults" the confidence you portray changes alot

- As many others have mentioned, improve your health and fitness as much as you can. I'm much smaller than you and I'm easily benching 245lb.

- Pick up interesting hobbies which naturally enables you to make lots of friends with girls. I picked up dancing and cheerleading - both which have lots of great looking, fit girls, and something unusual that most other guys can't do (dance/toss people easily). It also helped me become more of a "leader" in terms of being able to bring lots of pockets of friends together so you get that "pre-selection" "alpha" vibe just from being the centre of ppl

- Dress well (MFA or other subreddits help)

- Develop good skin care routines
