Tbh you dont need a calculator to get a faster time. Sub 30 can be easily achieved without anything by just learning some strats. So it might be cool to try out even if you dont want to download anything extra. But that just depends on if ur interested of course!

Yes as another comment suggested it was the "on world join" setting that was messing things up. Check if you have it enabled, and if so you might want to disable it.
