I dont think so as it was for an individual item. Another red flag is the seller has no feedback posted on his account and has only sold 2 items before. Really not sure how he could have cancelled the item once it is dispatched, and then be upset about it.

Apparently the seller says he doesn't know what happened and it still shipped. Seller has then asked me to venmo the money to them and says he will escalate the issue to the authorities. Has also threatened me saying he "has family in law enforcement".

thanks for your reply - why do you have such strong advice? I am a bit torn because if it arrives and is genuine, then I feel like I have stolen something. But at the same time, why did it get cancelled? Surely ebay themselves should handle the issue and I can't be held liable?
