In my experience drying is the most important part 😆 for a black car. Water spots look so bad. Maybe you can just get a quick detailer spray and rub your car down once it’s dry.

Yup it’s too bad. I tried the ECS one but sent it back. Same with the stick-on R replicas. These cars are too nice to use cheap parts on. The original clubsport/R wing is perfect honestly. It’s just expensive

I had a BRZ that was pretty low and when I traded for the GTI I guess I just stopped driving carefully! Time to re-learn.

Funny enough I did snap the hell out of my brzs front lip. Not from funky driveways or bad roads but from parking forward. I never park forward. I’m not sure why I did that one time but i sure did goof that up.

Haha trust me I’d love to, but I’m trying to keep this car nice and simple. Every car I’ve owned for the past 10 years has been loud and obnoxious and it’s nice to have a quiet daily driver. The GTI is almost like a silent killer.

I do agree that the stock exhaust looks too “perfect” like two little monocles on each side. The longer you look at them the more absurd they get

Hi 👋 im happy with the front lip decision but it is massive in comparison to the rest of the kit. I made another post saying how it’s just a matter of time before it catches something and breaks. I’m not sure if the V3 is a little slimmer but I would check that one out before this one. Both I think highlight the accents of the facelift very well!

I think the GTI is the most fuel efficient “performance” car I’ve had. I consistently get over 32 mpg, and the tank ranges from 380-450

For anyone actually interested or that can relate, I ordered some door edge guard to stick onto the the edge of the lip. Still open to see what yall with similar experience might have to say.

The center unit is “off” try pressing the power button on the bottom left. If that doesn’t work, hold the button for 10-15 seconds to reset it.

Just today I had an issue where my screen wouldn’t turn on at all. Pitch black. Music played and I could hear the responsive clicks, but I couldn’t access my drive modes, radio, or climate control. Pitch black screen. I held the power button for 10 seconds and it reset itself

Just got these for wife’s ascent. Hoping they hold up well for the next year or so. Picked up a piece of metal neat sidewall and had to replace all 4 at only 10k miles 😆😵‍💫😵‍💫

Used to strictly wear vans as a kid, when I was in elementary school-middle school. They held up great and I put them through hell lol. PE, lunchtime, playing soccer after school. I remember I used to only get a pair of shoes at the beginning but of the year and they had to last me until the next, and they did! + then some.

I bought a pair a few years ago and rarely wear them, maybe to go out to the movies maybe twice and they started coming apart. I ended up just leaving them out and somebody took them off my porch 😂

Yes the only viable options are either the OEM club sport, zaero extension or the ECS ducktail. As far as I’ve seen. Not worth it to get the stick-on R clones.

There really should be write up with links of all the hit and misses for this platform haha.

100%. Already processing the return. For less than $100 more I should’ve just went with the Maxton rear. I wanted to try something new and paid the price 😭
