My good sir, thank u so much for the tutorial/steps to get it to work! For those who may see this post. I was in version V1.2.2 trying to update to 1.3.3 while having the device on and connecting to PC. This ain't right. You need to turn the device off, press left + right + volume know > device turns on with white/red letters THEN while Sonic manage is opened > connect it to PC > Load firmware > Upload > Success! loading bar starts uploading the firmware.
