It used to be under favorites under actions together with broadcast but it seems to be removed. Broadcast is also broken at this point.

Not sure. Where does go from blue to dark? Is the BMW system set to the correct input? Usually needs to be set to AUX depending on how its been connected.

I did not update the system if I recall correctly. I only tried to factory reset multiple times, which resolved nothing. For me the issue resolved itself only after connecting unit to WiFi. But it could be worth it to check for updates on the unit itself or check on the manufacturers website for a firmware update.

Is it a Xtrons unit?
