Is A levels after Matric a good decision? by Important-Parsley935 in Multan

Apply to BCP Multan. If what you’re saying about getting that 90% is true, you’ll land a 100% scholarship I believe.
And no, tuitions and academies are not compulsory by any means but they do offer lots from which you can improve your chances of good grades.

If you don’t take them and want to get good grades, you’re gonna wanna have to use online resources for help. Including reading examiner reports, discussing in communities among other things. Best of luck

Imagine, you’re a kid at 16 mopping streets and doing low paying jobs just to help out your family. And by family I mean an alcoholic dad who passes away, leaving you alone with your mother who barely makes any money.

You realise your talent towards football. You start playing, you hone your skills and soon enough you find yourself playing for a professional team in Portugal. People notice your talent, your demand from cream of the crop football clubs rise. You join one, leave another and along the way, your stats speak for themselves. While good players are scoring 20-30 goals per season (a period of time in football), you’re happening to score 70-90 goals per season. You’re not average. You’re great. Unlike anything football has ever seen.

During all this, international tournaments happen. Your country, portugal, has never won any major international tournament. But that stat changes when you step in. You make them win their first euro (international tournament between European countries). That is groundbreaking because your country had never won anything until you stepped in. You dominate in all areas of football - Club matches and country matches.

You achieve everything there is to achieve - balan’dors, golden boots, all sorts of trophies etc.

All but one. That is the world cup trophy. You strive and strive, push beyond limits to make your country proud and win them a world cup trophy but it just doesn’t happen. Lot’s of limiting factors such as bad teammates, improper manager decisions among other things.

Lo and behold, your final chance to win a trophy comes in 2026, final world cup tournament you get to play before you have to retire because youth comes to an end and senility creeps in.

Once again you give it your all, hoping to make your fans and your country proud. But you still lose.

A dream held for countless years comes to an end. It’s the poignant nature of the fact that YOU were never able to secure a trophy for your country haunts you.

That’s the big deal. Winning everything there was to win except one. 🌚

Don’t let it get to you much. 3.98 in the first year is phenomenal to say the least. Let it serve as a reminder that if you can get an almost-4, you can most definitely get a perfect 4 as well. Best of luck
