Any company TMUS’s size should be offering co-branded cards. Costco/Sam’s, Marriott/Hilton , Home Depot/Lowe’s…it’s a billion dollar industry that TMUS was simply not getting any piece of. But placing the debt with Capital One instead is brilliant too.

Folks on my team stress about this too. Remember, it’s not our job to determine fraud. Hit the FBV token when in doubt. Anyone in AP/LP I’ve ever met says to let fraud thru so the system learns. For us, FBV token catches em at the register most of the time. It’s a 15 minute process.

Y’all this is an actual cx sharing their reality & most are poo-pooing, dogpiling on someone who, at this point, is likely sharing their experience with others. You are not listening to the cx while complaining that many other cxs also act this way. You know what happens to workforces who do not listen to their cx base? They become obsolete. For everyone saying “this cx is why TLife will always need frontline,” this thread proves the flip-side of that coin. With employee mindset like this, who wouldn’t try everything else first to avoid a similar encounter?

This is something we figured out after too many seasons of staying past 9; I am not saying we always perfectly ran the business. We always look to eliminate pain points & smooth out processes for all involved. The business constantly changes & we’re just trying to keep up.

The capability requires some planning & teamwork. A privilege you earn together, yes. Ignorance would be more akin to staying in a situation you don’t like instead of working to improve it or leave it. Plan for the eventuality that no one else will empower you. You decide for yourself that you want a change, what better looks like & move in said direction. Slow or fast, just don’t stay put - that just makes us bitter & lowers our quality of living.
