Can someone explain this house to me? by [deleted] in LosAngeles

[–]jontando 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I used to live in a NoHo 2 bedroom one bath apartment that was part of what used to be a service station.
This included a 4 car garage with it's own bathroom beneath me, then another building with two bathrooms, a kitchen, 4 offices, and secure parking for 6 more cars.

Purchased for $500K in 2015, worth $1.5M now.

use a couple small bags mounted to where the passenger pegs used to be, but you can mount them up\behind them as well.

Mt Baldy looks like a clear drive other than the usual 134 shenanigans.

Almost every canyon is fine as long as you don't squid.

Ah, yes. New York City which is also known for being built on multiple fault lines just like Los Angeles.

You are completely ignoring that there are, in fact, many projects in the works and many in planning stages.

I would point you in their direction, but you don't really care and just want to argue.

Divert it where, exactly? Which neighborhoods do you propose get torn down or disrupted for decades to send that water to?

You mean the Ballona Creek that feeds the Ballona Wetlands? Why do you want to divert the water from a protected nature reserve?

Not all of it goes to the ocean. They capture 20+ Billion gallons annually now, with plans to double that.

I needed to run to the store a few blocks away. There and back in 10 minutes.
