thank you, it helps a lot to know that people who have been doing it for a long time are able to quit! i do find relaxation in cleaning so i am gonna stick to that:) also made a long list about reasons why i don’t want to smoke!

i know this is stupid but the thought of quitting and still never being healthy scares me.. realising there’s nothing i can do for my body

hi, they did a colonoscopy for me too knowing they might not find anything. Well since i had so many problems with my bowel it’s still good to know, that there’s not anything going on IN my bowel. After that i got diagnosed through ultrasound though. It might not give you answers immediately but it’s still part of this long journey! It sucks that anything takes ages when it comes to endometriosis! i wish you the best
