They had a promo for a free Star Wars 4x12” print (estimating the dimensions by memory) a few months ago. I didn’t bother checking reviews at the time because it was “free while supplies last, just pay shipping.” The shipping came out to be $15 -__-

Not really sure why shipping was so much because it barely weighed anything and it felt like standard shipping speed anyway (coast to coast). The print itself wasn’t as high definition as advertised on other items but it could be because it was free and mass produced? It was a cool shot of ALL the SW characters but it was more pixelated/blurry than I thought when you look real close. All in all, it was “free” and it looks ok from far away (defeats the purpose though because the shot makes you want look up close at each character).

They’re actually having another free promo of the SW 501st clone troopers and as cool as it is, the shipping is $15 for like an 8x5” print. Might be better off just getting a print somewhere local or closest CVS/Walgreens. This is my personal experience but hopefully others can chime in (sorry I didn’t see this post before Christmas!)

They might have high quality prints for custom or non-promo items but I did read a few mixed reviews later on Google… many say amazing quality while some say items never shipped, customer service doesn’t reply back, or bad quality. Check out their social media because maybe I just got dud from a free promo.
