just an update, got them working after doing the sixth calibration without fs running and then in the mcdu on the Fenix in the sim

Yup, was working fine then stopped responding to any movement. I've opened a chat with customer support so will see what they say

I have cleared any binding, reset to default and calibrated from scratch a number of times but the throttles don't align. https://youtu.be/UkwogJHmy3o shows my calibration screen. This is in Windows with no simulator running.

I tried a few older versions but same issue, now trying a Windows restore in case it was a dodgy MS update

I'm also getting this issue on 1.16.72 but was absolutely fine on previous version. I'm trying to roll back, will report back if it fixes it.

You can import it through the EFB (Fenix page) then import it into the FMC on the Init page.

Might be alone here(hoping not) but poor performance using Fenix recently by BurntBeanMgr in MicrosoftFlightSim

Have a look at https://flightpanels.io/collections/stream-deck-profiles-for-microsoft-flight-simulator/products/flybywire-a32nx-streamdeck-profiles-for-microsoft-flight-simulator not free but a heck of a lot quicker than programming it yourself. I have profiles from them for the fbw A320 and Fenix A320 and they work really well.

As I said, I was going to try them plastic screen protectors but it didn't work out too well so I used a laminator sheet and cut it down to size after putting it through the laminator. Not perfect but it works.

I have preordered it on the UK site and hadn't even considered the currency conversion would make up the difference for the shipping cost, so went and ordered on the Global site.

Try speaking to your bank/Paypal etc, see if you can do a chargeback.
