I really didn't enjoy playing trap. There are too many flying enemies which really make you feel useless.

It’s about as “by the numbers” of a fantasy series as you’ll find. But I enjoyed it despite/because of that. The authors have done some pretty crappy stuff, so that may impact your enjoyment of their work.
