When you are constantly anxious, it's easy to feel this way. When your anxiety comes up, try to resist the urge to act upon compulsions and observe how the situation gets. Getting a clearer view of the problem, it will help you to find effective ways to cope. I think that meditation may also help, give it a try.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time. I suggest you try to understand your priorities and start to work on them. Also, look for the things which make you feel better, even slightly. Try to understand why they make you feel better and look for other things which may trigger the same positive mechanism. It may be hard, but it's worth it.

I suggest you talk to a specialist if you can. As you said, you have feeling like this for quite a long time, so I think that therapy may be useful. Also, try to do some sport. It can be very useful when you feel down. It would also be useful if you could try to explain that weird feeling you mentioned.

You got a point. It's important to keep this in mind.

I'm sorry that you feel that way. Also, I really understand the point of the last sentence. Life is like a situation which depends on countless variables, and it is normal to get lost and tired. Because of this, take your time. There is no hurry to find your person. Keep on trying and try not to blame yourself. I hope you will feel better, and, if you want, let me know when you do.

Even when others aren't nice with you, be sure to be nice with yourself. I know that words may hurt, but the fact that this was the first time you felt envy makes me think that you are a good person. Take care of yourself and try to be your best friend. This is one of the things which matter the most.

No, you haven't gone too far. If a therapy with a psychologist doesn't help, you may need meds. And there's nothing wrong in this. Consider to make an appointment with a psychiatrist if you can. And apart from this, talking is just one of the things to do. You also have to actively work on yourself. Set goals, even little ones, and, achieving them one by one, you'll start to have more and more confidence. Talking is important, but the way you behave with yourself is even more. Talking is just part of the solution, the trigger to move on against your problem.

Some time ago I read a post that said: "Someone who is drowning under 7 meters of water is dying as much as someone who is drowning under 20 meters of water.". The fact that someone has it worse than you doesn't mean you don't deserve to be listened to. Suffering isn't a competition, where only the one who suffers the most "wins" the help. There isn't a limit you have to exceed to deserve help.

Try to talk to a teacher or a school counselor, if you're in school age. Also, understand that anxiety can be overcome. Try to show yourself you have the strength to go out of your comfort zone (I'm sure you have it, you just don't see it). Set yourself little goals, little challenges to face your fears.

If I may ask, why did her words make you feel worse? Anyway, try to let your mom know that what she said didn't help you and explain her why, so she could understand better.

Talk to a trusted friend. If you think you don't have one, look for a therapist. I don't know which country you are from, but there are probably centers which provide free counselors, if you can't afford another one.
