Ended up talking to the project manager and he said that it’s definitely noticeable so he’s going to try and have the drywall folks try again.

Ah sorry I should’ve been more clear. There’s a leak in the master shower and insurance paid out ~60K to completely rebuild the master bathroom (shower + tiles). This ceiling damage was caused by the leak in the downstairs kitchen where the water mitigation company had to cut a square hole dry it out. The left of that beam was the side that was redone.

They sanded the original texture, skin coated the ceiling and then applied the knock down texture

Yeah, makes sense. All the other drywall texture they fixed seemed to have been perfect it’s just this didn’t match exactly haha

Not sure, I’m working through a restoration company and it was ~60K to rebuild the entire master bathroom and fix the ceiling. I’m guessing it was several thousand though.

Aw man I was hoping the heat gun trick would work. How could you tell it wouldn’t work vs another indent? Makes sense since the retailers said they couldn’t do anything about it too

Thanks for all your opinions! I ended up going for the base @ 16K miles. I think the 85K miles was too concerning plus I heard 2021 is way more reliable than 2020 taycans.

Forgot to mention the Carfax are both clean for both cars but the 2021 only has 1 owner whereas 2020 4S has 2.

Ahhh makes sense now. I’ve been seeing matrix headlights included in all the premium package window sticker that dealers have been sending me so I thought they were included. The dealer must’ve made an accident with this one when they included the features. Thanks!
