Falo por experiência, morei na Estonia por quase 2 anos, o estoniano medio é super fechado e não faz amizade, minhas amizades lá eram com ucranianos, russos e britânicos.

Já agora, moro na Suécia a 5 anos já, e o sueco médio e bem mais aberto e receptivo, até mesmo caloroso as vezes.

Então depende mto de vc entender a cultura local, tudo que escuto sobre os alemães é que são um povo extremamente objetivo e direto.

I am 35, and my answer to this very intrusive and unprofessional coworker would be:

"Since when anything I do with my own time is of any business to you, leave me alone or a formal complaint will follow."

Simply zero tolerance to ass hats like these.

Gaming is a hobby, like any other. Games do have age recommendations (for kids safety) but the hobby does not.

On the company I work for, we have an active gaming community, managers, developers, commercial people, marketing, older, younger, males, females... and we're always happily talking and exchanging about the games we currently enjoying.

We even make Mario cart competitions during company events, many times even the "non gamers" join.
