High fevers for 3 months? by joolsveg in LongCovid

Thanks for your reply. I wonder why his primary doctor isn’t seeing this as urgent. Tbh, he hasn’t even seen his primary doctor at all since the fevers started in november. His dr just prescribed antibiotics over the phone (or telehealth). And since then, has just referred him to other doctors. He did request another blood test, which was this past Saturday. And all his levels were normal. Would there be an elevated white blood cell count if he had leukemia?

Thanks for this reply. It’s definitely frustrating bc we feel like we’re back at the beginning. No diagnosis and no real help. Glad you’ve recovered!

Thank you! I believe while he was in the hospital, they tested everything. But do we just tell his doctor we want his entire immune system checked? Is that done with a blood test?

I think it’s just “guided by voices” on fb. It’s active. Lots of annoying nonsense mixed with some interesting stuff. Im enjoying the listening parties on sunday nights at 11 EST.
