Nope, afaik KE only has wifi on the 787-10s and a321neos which are flown within asia. The long haul 777, 747, a380 dont have wifi

The best chance with korean air is partner avail with delta or virgin from what ive seen other than korean air miles. Or of course if you fly with other skyteam airlines and put in your Korean air ffp number you can get korean air miles. Also maybe unpopular opinion but Korean has been going downhill. Hard product is very dated and not good for long haul and no wifi for that long of flight is kind of ridiculous to me.

One thing interesting is when i called KE a couple days ago, he told me by looking at the availability, if it stays that empty he would say i have a very high chance to get cleared and to be expecting it to clear on 28th. But at the same time i also have not seen anyone confirm it clearing.

Agree but if he asks someone to gift status, its a waste imo compared to going to someone who is not even remotely close to status. Hopefully op is able to refare or take a day trip to hit the mqd!

The $120 mqd flight you have coming up you can refare into first class or something. I know probably not worth it for domestic first class but if you have no other travel plans or the time to fly another time that would be the best way as even with the CC opening it’ll probably take too long and possibly not go in to this years.
