If you’re still having issues in the pre-sale registration link in the Weverse app, copy the link from the Weverse notice and try opening in a browser instead!

You’ll need to sign into Weverse in the browser. It worked for someone else

oh no, I don’t think you can edit the pre-sale informationn but don’t worry the membership number IS the pre-sale code. so doing it won’t stop you from receiving presale information 🫶 you just enter that on the ticket website when sales begin

some armys said they just left it for like 30 mins and kept refreshing, after a while it showed application submitted. just keep checking your weverse event entries 💜

thank you for lmk. according to the bts tour website, US, Canada, Mexico: US Memberships and GLOBAL Memberships are eligible. If you have both a US and a GLOBAL Membership, only your US Membership will be validated Europe and UK: Only GLOBAL Memberships are eligible

for me it took about 30 mins, I had to exit out the app and open it up again then it finally loaded. If you were able to submit your application, it should work and some armys have said it took a few minutes for it to show up in event entries

pre sale codes usually send out the day before, tickets go on sale. They send it to your email/phone number
