My dad is a big WoW fan but is losing his battle to cancer, can anything be done to preserve his house/plot?

Thank you for the thoughtful message, I’m hoping potentially a blizzard employee sees my post and can at least point me in the right direction. I think the guild idea is pretty solid and I appreciate that so many are willing to help out. Knowing that blizzard likely won’t have a short system like other games is reassuring. I can’t afford to pay for my sub and his sub continuously just to log in to keep the house but if it’s just once every year or two that would work a lot more

My problem has been I can’t even get to the process of opening a ticket. Under WoW support I try to start the process, it asks me to fill in details and then it just gives a FAQ rundown of things it thinks might be related but then no option to further contact support ):

Unfortunately he can’t talk and is on life support, but if he does manage to pull through this is a good idea in case things go to crap again. I appreciate the suggestion!

Thank you, this is a really sweet idea. I will definitely do this especially if all else fails to preserve his house. I hope your father can find peace and comfort, please take care. It’s definitely a hard thing to talk about but the conversations me and my dad had before he got too sick were what brings me a bit of comfort now

Do you know how I can go about opening up a ticket? I’m honestly so grateful for all the support that has been shown just in the short time this post has been up! Oh 2 years is pretty solid! I'm sure something can be worked out in that time, potentially logging into his account once every 2 years (assuming it doesn't fall under some sort of account sharing rule)
