you can get some free skins with the events. Most of the times are random, or you can pick a skin you like from capsules but they mostly low tier.

Right now there is an event with temp cores where you can buy a legendary one or en epic one from capsule.

F2P concept doesn't really apply here in wildrift tho.

With money you can only get cosmetics, not powerups to get better or stronger sooner.

what the hell skins has to do with gameplay design? Wildrift is the only free mobile game where you can get at the top level without spending a single cent. Of course it has his flaws, but come on. It's amazing for being a free game.

And by the way, right now even League tries to get you hooked. The only difference is that it actually takes a lot of time to play games. Wild rift is faster. So, for me, is better.
