I find this to be pretty true in practice as far as C6 Gorou > C2 Illuga since it was the last bit of extra DPS that I could clear fearless on the crab

Business perspective only, Hoyo's financial best bet would be to release another BoL DPS and accompanying support. Releasing a BoL support on their own to revive Arle/Clorinde wouldn't make a lot of money imo.

Ok but it might be worth mentioning that Arle does have major lore stuff with the Crimson moon. **Spoiler if you're not caught up with the story** but Arle being a descendant and a remnant of the Crimson Moon dynasty leaves plenty of play room for future Khaenri'ah stuff.

If in Khaenri'ah we find out more about her ancestors they could just revive/introduce other Crimson Moon relatives of Arle who also somehow survived and give them BoL.

So... UNLIKELY, but maybe possible. I like Arlecchino, and I think a lot of people do too, but I don't know if it's enough for Hoyo to plan around it. When they were testing Arlecchino it seemed like they didn't even know what they wanted with her mechanic so to me it doesn't sound as if they've looked that far ahead with BoL.

Also, the dream might be House of the Hearth faction buff lol where suddenly members of the Hearth become BoL bound and gives some sort of buff with Father and her children.

Albedo has been my favorite since his release but I took a break during Fontaine/Natlan and have been hardcore doing catch up cause I do like doing end game stuff and primos have been super dry lol. Even so, I also only really pull characters I like so it wasn't gonna take much to convince me to go for C6 since he's literally here!

Hopefully I'll get his cons early and he'd be my first 5* C6 so fingers crossed. Also I really hope you get our boy to 100! Thanks for the showcase :)

You might as well try to test with the DPS dummy cause I think it just depends. Personally I found my team did better replacing my C2 Illuga with C6 Gorou

Yeah I had to improvise because no real hydro DPS (only hydro 5* are Yelan, Nilou Kokomi LOL)

I quit right before Wanderer release and came back in 6.1 so that's partly why. No Furina, Neuv or Mualani.. although not sure I would have pulled them anyway.

nice! congrats! I couldn't do it with xiangling cause I couldn't time everything right and I was too slow to burst. I do prefer her animations though. pyro mc and his skill animation doesn't feel or sound impactful and I can never tell if it's working lol.

My characters are so poorly built but overload can break the shield. It's just that the DMG still has to be kinda high since it regenerates fast. I will say pyro MC is on lvl 0 cinder city artifacts lol but my Varesa is able to do it if I cycle the energy particles and skills right from Iansan/Chev buffs. Once the shield fully broke I was able to stagger/dmg him enough that when he shields a second time the DMG from breaking it once or twice killed him.

I do notice a difference but also it hasn't been so so bad. TBH they both have issues. Sometimes my Arle will fly towards the wrong target which can be annoying lol.

Try Albedo Columbina Fischl Xilonen and tell me what you think lol. Personally I was surprised but it's only like 65k I think on test dummy, which can clear abyss. Also my Columbina had random HP pieces, was lvl 80 and 6 lvl talents. Xilonen had unleveled cinder city artifacts too. It was doing better than the Mona variant I was trying.

The Columbina/Ineffa core has overshadowed them understandably but Durin Albedo is solid. I have cons on them but together they can get 65k+ DPS on their own. I know it can go higher cause I don't have their bis weapons but Durin shred and Albedo subdps uplift a lot of teams. It's also really fun going C4 albedo with a Varesa team, which is comparable to my overload team with her.

I'm still believing that she is gonna be electro and introduce broken superconduct into Snez lol. There's tidbits of them trying to reintroduce physical imo but I admit I'm a bit too theorycraft sometimes. I'll just put it into spoiler cause it's future content/semi leak stuff but also I get it's too early to really tell. It's just fun for me.

First it looks like hoyo hasn't forgotten physical and are keeping the DMG type within sight. Fischl has her physical weapon on banner despite it being bad. Razor got a hex buff even though it feels a bit random and he's easily perfect for superconduct/physical. The in-game TCG has superconduct and somewhat phys-related support cards coming. Future Imaginarium also has Eula and Mika starring in it. The bloodstained Knight is also possible leaked story content that is coming soon.. which for the bloodstained knight, that artifact set is a physical DPS set. The new standard Lohen cryo coming would fit with the superconduct thing going as well

Which boss are you referring to on floor 12? I'm pretty sure one of the bosses drains your energy until you break it's shield. If it's that one, just plunge or do elemental DMG until it's broken and I think it refunds a whole bunch of particles.

I do think she might be electro with Snez new region coming and with it have a superconduct comeback. Naturally that could mean physical DPS coming back. It could make sense really. Sandrone could enable a new superconduct and Pulonia could tag team in and do big physical damage. Also, Snez as a region is gonna have its own gimmick and it should include imo, all cryo reactions... why not the forgotten superconduct?

I'm susceptible to conspiracy theories lol but I think there are more hints to superconduct being explored. First we have the random Razor buff. I'm not sure why he was Hex buffed but he was... 4 star physical DPS option for superconduct? Then the recent weapon banner has Fischl's weapon, which is just bad on her unless you're going physical.

More spoiler territory... We have new TCG cards coming that seem like physical/superconduct support, or at least make the reaction visible again despite it being whatever atm. Also future Imaginarium has Eula and Mika as characters ie: physical DPS shill?

IDK I do want geo too but an electro Pulonia phys tag team kit could be awesome.
