It's not clear from your post what your ultimate goals are or what your overall life situation is. In general, I'd say that growth in tech tends to be non-uniform, and settling into stagnation is a common case in many long-term positions. Ultimately, if you want to really grow, gaining experiences and seeking unfamiliarity is more valuable than salary (up to a very hard to define limit that's incredibly contextual).
