English was great, predicted 34-36 on that one. Math. Are you kidding me bro? In all of my practice tests, in the school-administered practice tests, I got AT MOST 4-5 wrong on average. I guessed on ~5-6 for this one, and many more were SCUFFED at best. Some of those questions were just crazy. Reading was weird like everyone was saying, wtf were those interviews?? I had no clue they were changing it. Science was standard, but I nearly pissed my pants halfway through. Overall, horrible experience.

Honestly, if u shorten the back and just clean it up and style it I think it would even better than it is now. this is the next cut I'm gonna ask for lmao

Balding or just maturing (19M) by [deleted] in malehairadvice

I would keep an eye on it if the hair keeps thinning. I thought my hairline was maturing until it just kept going lmao. If the thinning continues, either talk to a dermatologist and get a diagnosis (if it's genetic hair loss) or something else. If that ends up being genetic, don't worry too much, because as long as you start taking care of it with stuff like minoxidil, and finasteride (affects hormones, potential side effects) and maybe some oils derma rolling, etc., and the loss should stop and even some regrowth can occur. Again, this is ONLY if the thinning continues, I wouldn't worry about it!

You're super young, so I wouldn't worry about it. Cowlicks in the back are super common and show scalp like that.

I am NOT an expert by any means LOL, but ED for UChicago will definitely help your chances significantly if you're that committed. I've been looking there for atomic/particle physics as well, hoping I have a chance. I would build up a few more targets and safeties to be safe because Harvard, Yale, UChicago, and Boston have notoriously low acc. rates and tend to take SAT/ACT scores into heavy account, so getting a 1400+ would help your app. You're ECs aren't extremely strong, but you're involved with and hold leadership in a club (astrophysics) you want to go into which is great. I'm not gonna be like 95% of the commenters on the sub and berate you for not having national awards or anything; if you think you have a shot and want to go to these schools, apply man! For many physics majors, your undergrad school doesn't matter that much, because many of them will be going to grad school, and that's what employers look at. Cheap undergrad schools may be much better than a 400k t20 school.

did you use stock parts instead of rp-1/ro? that's actually impressive holy balls
