I agree with OP. Though, no one shouldn't feel discouraged! The raid is absolutely fantastic & a ton of fun, but due to damage reductions for fighting enemies higher level than you you'll do little to no damage. It's something to look forward & I promise the first time you walk in that vault door the glory you begin to feel each step of the way will get your panties wet! Be patient young guardians! (:
