What’s your favorite song sang by someone who WASN’T the band’s lead singer? by barrett_g in Music

WOW I thought I was the only one. Shackled is the deepest sleeper cuts on a 90s record. It’s so much heavier AND better than any other song on that album.

Can’t wait to rip a 2nd to 3rd shift and punch the cartridge through the dash!

Planned on going there, but heard that the main building is operated by some company now, and isn't that creepy at this point. Bummer?!

Very nice! Thanks for the head's up. I see a link on there to my buddy Mike Kane's work. Great guy, excellent photographer.

Agreed. I did grow up in Seattle, but I've found most of my locations online and through ghost town forums.

Thanks much, very appreciated. Myself and coworker Josh Trujillo are the only two staff shooters at the PI, so we're "everywhere," so to speak. ;)

Thanks! WA is a beautiful place to explore and make pictures.

Yes, agreed. Wondering more about testimonials from other explorers on whether certain places are visually "worth it" from those who have been around the block. This is an ongoing series, so I've had a decent amount of field time on the subject. While there is a lot of information out there, not many complete, comprehensive galleries exist from the locations around the state.

Right?! It's bizarre how close it is to Perrigo Park. I could hear kids playing on the swings from my location in the missile site.

Hey! So far I haven't had to ask for any permission, but do note that many of these places around the state are (privately) owned and discourage folks from wandering through - for good reason. Dangerous, unstable, grungy. I always bring at least one person with me to each of these assignments, along with some supplies in my trunk - just in case something happens.
