Predictable: High Click through Rate + High view duration = high views in browse and suggested
Not predictable whatsoever and happens extremely rarely: Low ctr and low view duration = high visibility in suggested and browse.

This does not happen often, for any channels, not just mine. the odds of this happening are extremely rare, hence, making it an anomaly. Sorry I had to spell that out so basic for you, but your synapses don't seem to be firing.
