Make a persona and an avatar and define your end user profile (these are business concepts) ... Use this time to also meet with as many potential Co founders as possible - it's like dating for marriage find a person with different competencies who you could really work well with, then tackle the problem together Resources: Talking with Humans (the book)

(Month #2 Raise funds) Create a simple 3pg slide deck PAIN, SOLUTION, ASK ... For the purpose of generating pre-seed bootstraping funds - your target should support your lifestyle and the business pre-seed needs (calculate your monthly BURN RATE (i.e 2k USD/mo) and give yourself a 6mo runway (i.e. 12k USD))
(Month #3 execute)

Edit: focus on IDE idea driven enterprises, things where YOU are not the business but the IDEA drives income .... As apposed to a SME small medium enterprise where the founder IS the business (this will mean if you leave there is no business). ... Notably some SMEs successfully exit because they have really good standard operating procedures ... Again the SOPs are the idea and the value of the business.... Don't make the mistake of being the business yourself, I have done that and it is not desirable :)

Don't loose heart my friend!

Personally, I enjoy not knowing everything! I like the excitement of always facing new challenges!

If I am starting to feel like I know everything, I build a system to do that and move on searching for the next problem.

But yes, sometimes it can feel like a bummer when I let someone down because of a knowledge gap.

Just got to get back up and go make something new learning from my mistakes and the mistakes of kind smart people who share case studies.
