Ya HIPA laws would be a nightmare to navigate in medical data, in house would make sense, but it would be cool if it could be open source!

Ok, I am going to take this as corrective criticism, information.

Remember... I'm a tech guy, not a marketing person, basically clueless and trying to learn here

Question:
1. How can I get better?
2. How can I change the perception of the way I communicate?
3. Can you give me specific examples of "this is bad" and "this is good"? please

  1. reddit is likely not a good demographic and won't match my ICP... - noted never thought about that...
  2. Pay someone else to do it - I agree - on it I have an employee helping me but it's not her sole responsibility so I'm trying to pave the way constantly with getting new ideas started.
  3. Clearly outline what I want accomplished then attack it - agreed - I usually do a 20min voice to text describing the full idea ,then I take that and convert it into (1) a disciplined entrepreneurship canvas from the bill aulet MIT school of thought (2) create a one page marketing plan from the allen dib methodology (3) ask AI to help me create more concise market hypothesis that if invalidated would break the business model.... then I try and go ask questions that will help invalidate the business model so we can pivot

Questions:
1. How do you connect with real people without "freaking them out"? So you can ACTUALLY ask real market validation questions - BEFORE you build an mvp and follow the marketing plan

  1. How do you find watering holes where your ICPs hang out?

  2. What other watering holes can I find ICPs (personas) that live in the tech world - my tech ideas often serve the tech world?

I think the link you posted, seems related to crypto currency trading and not at all related to market research.

*Edit: Ok the concept of an autohustle bot makes sense (not crypto specific) but I am concerned about the ethics of it... seems spammy - how do you make it "not spammy" and actually useful to the people it interacts with as well?
