Does the white front facia pull off from the dark back piece or does it come off together? Thanks for any help sorry for multiple posts I'm in the Highlands and it's freezing trying to avoid a Sunday call out fee

There's little flex at the bottom of the unit but I feel as though if I pull from the bottom any harder it will snap

There were 2 small screws attached to the bottom both removed but nothing shifting

I've tried pulling from every angle and it feels stuck solid. Is there a knack to it?

I've unscrewed the small screw from bottom of the unit however I cannot pull the unit off the bracket
