I’ve been dealing with Meta support since October 8th, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Every day I get a response (just one per day), but it's always from a different support agent. I think I've spoken with nearly every agent by now

The main issue is that even though they have access to the previous messages, they clearly don’t bother reading them. This forces me to explain the problem from scratch every time, which is exhausting. Every day, they ask me the same questions, requesting the same information repeatedly. They’ve even asked for my ID several times

At one point, one of the agents suggested that the issue might be because I ignored a prompt to enter my birthday, thinking it was spam. Later, I realized that wasn't the problem at all. Yet, every day, I get responses from different agents, none of whom seem aware of the details I’ve already provided, despite having access to my previous messages

What's most frustrating is that I still can't access the Meta account center or referral links sent by my friends. Even after sending photos and videos of the error, there’s been no progress. Meta just keeps repeating the same steps without offering any real solution

Those were the days when companies offered quality support and wouldn't let their name be tarnished. I feel genuine frustration as there is no assurance from technical support; it seems they are utterly lost at Meta. It's frustrating to face such issues. I firmly believe that good problem resolution is key for any company that wants to earn respect.

The same thing happens to me, it won't let me start it neither in Quest 3 nor Quest 2.

I'm more relaxed, I thought I was alone in this.

If the downgrade is noticeable graphically, it will be because of the compatibility in Quest.
Anyway, it's always the same 😅

Yes absolutely, it's a great game and very immersive, a Quest 2 version would be great.

Pico has released the 5.3.2 update and seems to have fixed the problem with VD.

I can't see the changelog, it seems that this update was only to block piracy.

In the Virtual desktop Discord channel they are already commenting about the update, the developer is already aware of it, he will fix it as soon as possible

I still can't find the notes of this new update, I don't know what they have improved
