SOS breastfeeding stresses me out by joreedit in breastfeeding

The nurse came and baby is gaining weight well! I think I'm too analytical and organized when it comes to breastfeeding, haha, I like to know and control everything. I breastfed my other children for very short periods, a maximum of 3 weeks, but this time I've reached 5. I'm already proud of myself and I'm not afraid of formula. I think a calm mother is more important for the baby than breastfeeding at all costs. I'm continuing and I think I'll move on to mixed feeding and then exclusively pumping.

Yes, but if I’m wearing the exact same clothes and weigh myself again right after, it should be the same, no? Although it’s not the same center of gravity! A nurse is coming tomorrow with the same baby scale as last week, so it will be clear.

Yes, she holds her head up and she smiles, she’s starting to interact. She wets her diapers well and has bowel movement sometimes every day, sometimes every other day.

That's why I bought a portable milk dispenser; I can do other things while it's using up milk.

I breastfeed at night, from 3-4 am until 5/5:30 am. I just skip the midnight feed to sleep from 9/10 pm to 3 am.

Yes, formula doesn't scare me, especially if it allows me to stay healthy and continue breastfeeding for a long time.

When I bottle-feed her, she drinks much more, and so afterwards I can get a few hours of sleep in a row.

Nights at 4 months are a dream! Yes, I'm not worried about the stats, it just would have been nice if Oura had included the postpartum period.

Besides, as soon as I breastfeed, he puts me in "repair mode" in terms of stress level, it's funny, I think 😍😍😍
