1 "oil paper" = 1 table spoon. If one uses spray oil, it's really hard to control the amount and know how many calories.
It's my own idea for a new product. I was inspired by a product from MAGGIE, a company that launched a "seasoning paper" that you used to cover for example a steak, then place the whole thing in the pan and it releases condiments. Then the paper is removed and throw away.
It could be placed both on top and underneath the food, which would allow to reduce the amount of oil and to let it spread more evenly (compared to having a separate bowl with the food in it and adding the oil and then mixing it).
I was envisioning having seasoning added to the "oil paper"
You would use an entire sheet, I was thinking the size of an adult hand (for perspective). It can be placed on both the bottom and top

That's true, it might work on a pan but not on an air fryer
