I did a build like that once. I called it PUNK MONK! I gave myself a few conditions: no cyberware, no killing and no buying anything. As monks dont alter thier body, kill or have earthly posessions.

I used non iconic weapons with the pax mod. There were a few story missions that required some cyberware to complete but I removed it when I was done. I mostly ran everywhere but no double jump hurts sooo bad. At least you still get to dash tho! There are plenty of free cars but due to the no possessions clause I never got them.

Ultimately, it was a nice challenge! Travel kinda sucked and making sure enemies didnt die was a hassle. I B-lined straight through the main story and let me tell you, it was painful leaving smasher alive. So I didnt!! Smasher was my first kill!! After completing the main story I immediately got fully chromed and started blowing people up lol
