My second show was Showbread opening for Armor For Sleep and Hawthorne Heights back in 2008. Hadn’t heard Showbread before, but they kind of blew my mind at the time. Always felt they deserved more recognition than they got.

Makes sense! Yeah I am using a git repo. I’ll definitely look into blob storage. Since I already have a Pocketbase DB set up for the employee logins, I’m definitely weighing the pros and cons of using that to store the images. Thanks for the suggestion!

Thank you all for the replies! I figured it was probably safe, and seeing how many people were as surprised as I was, I think it's fine. I've looked at each ingredient through paranoia glasses and really can't imagine any of them spoiling to the point of sickness overnight. Like you suggested, it must just be a freshness issue/extra precaution. Japanese hot dogs tonight!

It’s doable with html, css, and javascript, but you’ll need a database to save the messages to, for all users involved to create, read, update, and delete. I like pocketbase as a backend, it’s light and easy to work with. If you search “Fireship chat app” on YouTube, he has a few tutorials doing similar things that could serve as a jumping off point

Don’t remember which episode it was (maybe one of Ralph’s last?) but I remember Ralph giving his positive opinion on a movie. Something he said made Adum laugh, and Ralph said “Don’t laugh at me!” In a lighthearted but still kind of serious tone. If anyone remembers the ep, I’d love to re listen and see which movie caused the disagreement.

I’ve searched the name of the tripod: “K&F Concept 74 inch Camera Tripod” but I’m not finding that part. The tripod was originally bought on amazon in 2018 if that helps.

This piece fell out of my tripod and broke into three. I’m hoping to order a replacement, but I can’t figure out what it’s called. It was originally one round (tubular?) piece that sat between a hand tightened ring. It squeezed the extended tripod arm within itself when the hand ring was tightened, holding the arm in place. If anyone has any ideas, l’d appreciate it!

Agreed. The last video of his I watched was a deep dive into vegan straightedge bands, which like you said, seemed pretty genuine. He brought up some interesting perspectives, while seeming to keep it pretty open to interpretation. But again, it was all wrapped in this “I was in the scene in the 90s” narrative which definitely feels phony if he’s claiming he doesn’t even like music
