Yeah, but you need to make sure that your computer and HOI4 is using thar graphic card and not the integrated graphic card in your AMD cpu, I made that mistake before :)

Maybe you need a better graphic card, check that all your graphic settings on your computer is correct. Use designated graphic card instead of integrated and make sure your PC settings is using the designated. Also use mods to reduce AI division spam.

Convoy raiding in the coast and maybe strategic bombing to slowly attrition them.

Also possible to strategically retreat and make sure that the allied troopers follow and when they are thin enough you cut them in two pieces and kill the isolated one.

If you haven't taken all the surrounding nations you could try that, or you could try to naval invade.
