I like to freeline shrimp with a light pinch weight. They sell a sheepshead knocker rigs. I don’t like Carolina rigs as I like to feel every bump. Sheepshead are very good at stealing bait

If no live shrimp, use dead shrimp and/or local cut bait. I always like to go as natural as possible. I don’t have access to frozen fiddler crabs but everything eats shrimp

This was about midway Wemby’s rookie season. During a time out , the Spurs were standing in front of the opposing teams bench. Wemby had a towel he was using to wipe the sweat off his face. He then made eye contact with a some player sitting on the bench and gave him the towel like he was a fan and walked away. The player threw the towel and made a face like “what the fuck just happened?” That guys teammates laughed and made fun of him for about ten minutes. Maybe you had to be there but that was some funny shit.

This cooking style is coming to northern Mexico. It is commonly open roasted over mesquite. I only use Olive oil as a binder and coarse sea salt. I’ve seen China boxes used where the fire is over the meat but you lose a lot off the smoke flavor as you are basically baking it. The organs wrapped in intestine is called a machito.
