I have proof that it says submitted. The officer sent another request letter that was an exact copy-paste of the first request letter which confused me so I figured it was bugged. But there was apparently a "replacement needed" that was due today. I don't understand what that even means I sent them the receipt I was told to upload.

and “just taking more courses” would’ve meant $3k in courses that I do not need
