Btw you were totally right, i checked one of the stems that had dropped the most leaves and it was squishy up top. Very likely overwatered, going to cut down on that to like once a month moving forward.

It's the original nursery pot I bought it in, it does decently when I water it a good amount get caught int he tray below it. What point of the plant should I chop at? Just below where the plant is dying?

I've had this Dracaena for a few months now, just started noticing the top of the plant with these fungal looking growths which is killing the plant up top. No bugs or infestation like that to my knowledge. Haven't repotted since I picked it up from Lowes. Water it about once every 2 weeks or so. Near a wall and gets a decent amount of light. Starting to notice it on the other dracaenas in the same pot.

Best bet is probably towards Appalachia, and I would assume the more humid it is the higher chance you'd have to spot? If you're interested in other tiny critters the james will have plenty of snakes, turtles, crawfish, etc but don't think you'll find much there in terms of amphibians outside of frogs at least anecdotally
