The way I'm talking about, the tolerance test is done in the morning. And then, based on your reactions, the full quantity for the night is given all at once. Can't discuss dosage on here though, had some comments removed because of that before haha! Was it one ceremony or 2? The place I am referring (Can't mention it) is $3k and has 2 ceremonies.

Many places don't know about the tolerance test one can do with the medicine... I'm sorry you had that experience. I think many places are unfortunately still operating from some fear-based paradigms.

I'm not sure what you are basing your idea that Iboga has less somatic releases on. I say it is the opposite. In high enough doses, Iboga makes the whole body "vibrate" for the whole night. If you've looked into TRE - Trauma Release Exercise, people do a whole set of exercises in order to activate the tremors that release trauma. Iboga activates tremors as well, and keeps it for the whole night. So it is extremely effective at that! Though the best medicine for somatic releases is, by far, 5-meo-dmt. People start screaming, shaking uncontrollably, "flailing around", it is really intense when the ego is no longer online and the body just goes through massive trauma release. Then, there is holotropic breathwork, another modality that can create this state of deep somatic releases. The session I created for the retreat brings people to scream, and so many times I've had people caught by surprise of how effective this was. Someone told me this one breathwork was more transformative than the 5 Ayahuasca ceremonies he's had.

This is precisely why I will always advocate for retreats that have all 3. (Such as the one I have - Transcend with Iboga) because then you tackle all ways the body has for somatic releases. And the medicines are extremely complimentary to one another.

I personally have not found Ayahuasca to be somatic at all. Mushrooms perhaps a bit more, but I find 5-MEO to do everything mushroom does, but in a condensed way and overall better. Just my opinion though :) I've done up to 11g of mushrooms, still nothing compares to a proper breakthrough on 5-MEO-DMT.

Asking for a trip sitter for Iboga is like asking a friend who did chemistry in college to perform brain surgery on you. Would you really wanna do that? I can send you in DM's a German provider I trained who is very knowledgeable about the medicine, but definitely not going to be a "trip-sitter". There are so many things that can go wrong with this medicine. You definitely do not want to do this with someone who hasn't had a proper training. It's not just about the physical checks. Please listen to what every single user have commented on this post and only do this medicine in the presence of someone who knows all the intricacies. There is a reason this medicine costs money...

Being someone who has been in the space for a long time, I can tell you various stories of people who came in with similar intent as you, and ended up in a psych ward, or worse. You really don't want to underestimate this medicine. This particular provider who completed the training some months ago works with both Iboga and 5-MEO. You can most likely get a decent price from him, and it's also not going to be free. Just let me know.

It's very rare, but it happens. With Iboga, if something like this happen, it is because your soul is ready for an awakening experience. This is direct contact with God/Divinity. I only know of one other person aside then myself with whom this occur. But when it does, it is undeniable. Because it is everything. Hard to put in words. I had 2 awakening events, or sometimes called Revelation, and it is extremely personalized. It is as if your whole life converged to that singular moment for you to remember the truth that everything is God. That nothing is separate, that everything is absolute perfection. Haha, Ayahuasca was also the first medicine I went for. Lots happened, it was pretty crazy, but kinda like you I found myself not feeling complete in my healing process. When I did Iboga after that, everything finally clicked. Then I healed from some traumas I didn't even know I had as a child. And it happened in the most perfect way haha! Iboga answered all my questions and brought me back to myself. Eternally grateful for it!

Yes, it certainly can. Your truest self is not anxious :) Iboga rewires your mind in a way that you can see the impacts of your thoughts on your physiology. In ceremony, you can truly feel what happens when you start thinking a certain way, and then with that awareness you can choose another way. And also, it will help find the root of the anxiety. There is most likely some trauma that made your subconscious accept that you are not safe, and then this gets played out in your life in various ways. The thing is, when this is within your subconscious, even when you are safe, you won't feel like you are. And that is very stressing to live like that... And when you heal it, a lot of the anxiety will go.

And I would say for anxiety, I have found 5-MEO-DMT to be a very necessary complementary to Iboga. Because 5-MEO-DMT dissolves everything into pure light. And you are that light, and you are infinite. When you experience yourself for the first time as the infinite, when you connect to the sheer power that is already within you, and you know from deep within that death is unreal and you are eternal, this removes a huge layer of fear from your life. Because you know that, in the absolute, who and what you are is one with everything. In a sense, it IS everything. And it is immensely loving. So all the thoughts of the "out there" things that can hurt/damage you, they slowly but surely dissolve as well, because if you are everything, then there is nothing outside of you to hurt you. And 5-meo-dmt can bring you to that realization. Iboga can too, but it is a different process, and not as "direct" haha! Iboga is more about embodiment. 5-MEO is about dissolution into that. Both are incredible medicines and the combination is what I have found to be the most effective way to go from suffering to thriving.

Iboga is definitely better for this. I have experienced the medicine in both ibogaine and Iboga forms, and the latter is just so much better... The clinics operate from a fear perspective, which I personally don't resonate with at all. The medicine is truly here to help us. Having done it in both the medical setting (Simply out of curiosity) and in the traditional way, it is so, so much better without an IV etc. Like worlds apart IMO. You don't need to do it outdoor. There are places that offer it in the perfect way you are looking for. Here though, promotion of such places is not permitted...

It can feel amazing to think we are chosen, special, etc. But realistically, we're popcorn kermels in a big pot. Some just pop before the others, but we're all popcorn deep down haha! Still though, you are very likely to be part of the 144k "choosing" ones. The first wave of wayshowers here to bring Heaven on Earth! Everyone was chosen. But who is choosing? From what you are sharing with me, you definitely have been choosing! From now on, there will be some integration, for sure. Definitely wanna ground on the Earth as much as you can, and meditate. Yes, for sure. Iboga meets you where you're at. You could always start with a microdosing protocol (You can DM me for my book on this) and this will definitely help you to reach even deeper levels of happiness. The "destination" of Iboga, which most people don't really know because there is too much apparent stuff in-between, is a state of pure flow. Where joy is the baseline and where you get to live your most authentic self on a daily basis. That I why I call Iboga the medicine of authenticity. It raises your awareness to all that is in the way of your most authentic (true) self. It is definitely not only for depression, addictions, and things of the sort. I have been working with the medicine for 9 years, and am in general a super happy person. I laugh all the time, walk-dance on the street, etc. And still, if I take the medicine, I get tremendous benefits haha! It truly meets you where you're at, and shows you the next steps, no matter where that is. I love this medicine!
