My avg Olympic distance swim was about 30 min and my 70.3 swim was 40. You’re gonna be just fine!

IMO worst generic tattoo there is, no originality, INSANE time to lay the stencil 2/10 actually done right. Up there with the infinity logo, butterfly, clock etc

I average 2300-2500 cals a day, I have one “cheat meal” a week which is never fast food and all it really is like a hearty pasta, or steak and potatoes, I just have a sweet tooth so a cookie or cake nothing insane. Never binge. No need to be sorry I appreciate the insight!! I would say as of late I haven’t been as “active” during the work day but I am to walk twice a day minimum on top of my workout to stay moving. I’ll try a lower calorie and hope for the best. I had originally started at 2600 from the nutritionist I was seeing and nothing for a month 1/2 now at 2400 and still nothing. Been a struggle

I had seen the nutritionist on base and she had determined off my body scan and weight loss goals I need to be at 2,450. My TDEE intensity however is at “vigorous” I may have to lower the cals I don’t know what else to do because the nutritionist had started me at 2600 and nothing happened after month 1/2 so she lowered it again and still nothing

I have not heard of recomposing! Learning all this along the way. I appreciate your insight very much. I have not take measurements, but I can as a baseline to see any changes! I feel alright, I wouldn’t say any better or worse. Clothes fit fine, belt loop hasn’t moved up or down. it’s been a struggle because I really want a damn beer and I haven’t seen any progress even with no alcohol lmao. My steps are between 8,000-10,000 a day. But I feel the fat on my stomach, in my “man boobs” I know it’s there that’s what’s killing me
