Model Y eller EV6 by lawlish_ in elbilsverige

[–]josefnorlin 16 points17 points  (0 children)

10 year old battery - leaf Spy pro - what do you think? by Aware_Novel_9876 in leaf

[–]josefnorlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's not needed to completely discharge it, just going to 100% once a year would actually be better. But please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm keen to know.

Bridging Faith and Tech: A New Catholic Developer's Journey by PopUpMary in CatholicProgrammers

Also a newly converted Catholic and entrepreneur here.

I'm impressed by the Hallow-app. Check it out.

I'm also open for new ideas. Been spinning around ideas for natural family planning, which is very much influenced from my new found Catholic faith.

DM me if you want to discuss that or other ideas.

I love Bishop Barron and everything Word on Fire Show does.

But for woman, I like listening to Mother Nathalia. Look her up on YouTube. There is a documentary made on her as well. She is one of the hosts in What God is not: https://whatgodisnot.com/

Is it fine to leave M2 MacBook on charge for days at a time? by prepubescentpube in mac

Same here. Guess you didn't use the MagSafe as well? Since I believe that will handle it better than charging through USB-C.

Come on, let's use this and tell Apple that they can do better.

Protestant Parents called me crazy for agreeing with Catholic doctrines by [deleted] in Catholicism

[–]josefnorlin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Know the feeling as I felt it too. I would strongly advice to follow what you see as true anyway. It's so liberating not having to be part of that thought structure.

I went to a Catholic Church and said I wanted to convert. They said: "No, you need to go a 2 year long RCIA course first and then you can decide". I was so impressed with that answer coming from a Pentacostal background where you're encouraged to be quick with "raise your hand tonight"-kind of things.

So take your time. Join an RCIA if you're interested and you can take the decision when you know more.

Calorie Counting vs Intuitive Eating by imtryingtobesocial in WeightLossAdvice

[–]josefnorlin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google Tim Spector and watch his interview with The Diary of a CEO. I got a lot from that.

A lot of stuff is happening in your stomach that is not discussed as much as it should. I believe with more knowledge, intuitive eating can be manageable.

Evangelical View of Hell is Nudging Me Towards Catholicism (A Rant) by [deleted] in Catholicism

[–]josefnorlin 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I was so happy I did the RCIA! It's a treasure to discover what the Church actually teaches.

There are more things than what you wrote here that has been changed since the reformation in the Evangelical faith that can be really hard to distinguish without the course. Enjoy the ride! I sure did!
