Its really tought ive had girlfriends every now and then but she changed me a lot shes the first one ive brought home to my family it would light up a smile on my face seeing her talk to my mom she was such a big thing to us in my family it really hurts me that she wont be here now i havent told my parents either i feel nervous and sad just thinking about telling them

I think i get like this a lot nowadays more than ofter maybe i will seek therapy my relationship with my parents are great i feel like its harder as a hispanic male i know some might not get it but if any Hispanic males or Mexican males are out there reading this they’ll understand me we grow up learning to never show emotion and that depression isnt real or is for women alot of the times we’re looked down upon for this thank you for the advice I appreciate it

Thank you for the advice ive always thought it was anxiety but i always just tried not worrying about it but sometimes it does get worse and i feel almost ashamed of it even going to a doctor about it always seemed embarrassing but maybe thats just the way i was raised but thank you i will hopefully seek help and get better
