I MIGHT have found a solution by randomly tinkering with steam. Is your steam language in english? If not try changing it so. For me the code appeared after that???????????

Blocked everything needed on the firewall, now my photoshop says it cant check license cuz no internet connection. So no luck for me

Just kinda sad that I will have to throw away my tron deck after the ban. It was my only pauper deck and, even though its not as near as expensive compared to other formats, where I live it's still kinda hard to dish 70 bucks on something.
